Who is Mr. Freeze?
Mr. Freeze was originally known as Louis’ Refrigeration. Louis Khoury started Louis' Refrigeration in 1992 as a family-run business, and as his son I, Robby Elkhouri, joined the company from the start. I quickly gained experience in the HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, A/C and Refrigeration) industry, specifically in service and installation. I also grew a sizable client base in the Bay Area as a result of our 'customer comes first' approach.
In 2006, Louis retired, and Robby Elkhouri began managing the company. The business was renamed Mr. Freeze.
Together we make one of the best teams in this industry. We are all partners in this company, including Carmen Elkhouri, who joined our growing company as office and marketing manager in 2011.
In addition to my role as business owner, I've also been an HVAC/R instructor since 2013. I currently teach at CET (Center for Employment Training) in San Jose. Instructors have influenced me the most, now it’s my turn to influence others, and give back to the community by teaching. I find teaching to be rewarding, challenging, and fun.
HVAC/R Service and Install
Our belief of always treating the customer as you would want to be treated has led us to provide top-quality products and services in San Jose, Santa Clara County, and the entire Bay Area. We handle the servicing, installation and maintaining of new HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial and select residential clients onsite.
We pride ourselves in our expert craftsmanship, and our commitment to high standards on a consistent basis. Mr. Freeze is dedicated to the care of our customers. Through the years, we have helped thousands of commercial customers who are proud to call Mr. Freeze their preferred HVAC and Refrigeration partner.
We can setup a schedule, and build a maintenance program to maintain your HVAC/R equipment. While it is fairly easy to do things like keep an ice machine’s water system clean, or check the air conditioner filters to make sure they are clean...it is still important to keep in mind the other more involved maintenance like keeping the condensers clean in all HVAC/R systems. Normal wear and tear happens, so setting up a regular maintenance contract can add life to your HVAC/R systems and save you from costly replacement charges.
By maintaining your equipment, you will save on energy bills, and you will extend the life of your equipment.
